No approval, no link
A public partner program is not an approved Parcel & Key relationship. No tracked link, widget, lead transfer, or payout claim is activated until written acceptance and current terms are recorded.
Adjacent disclosure
When a material connection exists, the relationship and compensation model appear beside the button or claim that can generate value. Disclosure is not delegated to a remote policy page.
Commercial inquiries
A sponsorship, research-support, data-licensing, or provider-pilot inquiry does not create a relationship or placement right. Activation requires written scope, disclosure, measurement, and any applicable licensing or regulatory review. A sponsor receives no subscriber list, consumer-lead data, or editorial control.
Provider qualification
A provider application is only a diligence record. No application status creates public approval or activation. A live commercial path additionally requires verified credentials and insurance where applicable, written terms, a complaints route, outcome attribution, adjacent compensation disclosure, and recipient-specific consumer consent. Mortgage applications remain on regulatory hold until transition-specific review is complete; legal referral fees and paid real-estate lead generation are excluded.
Provider introductions
A provider receives personal data only after the user sees the named recipient, purpose, data fields, compensation disclosure, and retention context, then provides explicit consent. Mortgage, legal, inspection, and real-estate boundaries receive additional review.
Rankings and related properties
Payment does not influence an editorial ranking. Related BC publishing assets may receive a contextual deep link only when they are the natural next resource. There are no sitewide reciprocal footers, cloned pages, or exact-match link loops.
