Tool drafts
Calculator drafts and professional-pathway selections stay in your browser on the device you use. They are not sent to Parcel & Key when you calculate or build a pathway. Clearing site data removes local drafts.
Durable decision links
When you deliberately choose Save, the service stores the tool type, rule version, entered model inputs or pathway selections, and result. The private URL contains a separate access key. The redacted URL omits entered inputs and exposes only the tool, version, and result summary. Links expire after 90 days in the current pilot.
Audience, interest, and provider records
Email subscription, professional-interest, business-inquiry, and provider-qualification records are collected only from explicit forms. Newsletter consent is separate from interest capture. Consumer interest data stays with Parcel & Key until a future form identifies a specific recipient, explains compensation, and obtains a new sharing consent. Provider applications contain business contact, public credential, geography, coverage-evidence status, attribution capability, and proposed commercial-model categories; the public form accepts no consumer file or uploaded credential document.
Analytics minimization
First-party events record categories such as tool start and completion, save, share, consent source, provider-application category, and privacy-safe acquisition channel. Authoritative conversion records are created only when the corresponding save or consented form succeeds. They do not include addresses, calculator amounts, household financial values, professional-pathway selections, email addresses, licence numbers, private-link keys, or free-form property notes. Aggregate operating reports expose counts and opaque conversion references. Separate token-protected, audit-logged queues can be opened explicitly for first-party consumer follow-up or provider qualification; neither is loaded with aggregate metrics.
Access, correction, and withdrawal
Use the unsubscribe page to withdraw newsletter consent. During the pilot, additional access, correction, or deletion requests will be handled through the contact channel published before outbound email begins.
No provider paid to appear on this page. Parcel & Key does not accept legal referral fees or paid real-estate-agent leads. Future partner links will be labelled beside the action and activated only after written approval.
